Got lucky with a same day appointment and couldn't be happier. Cen-Cal came out and determined the issue with my AC AND had a replacement part in the truck! Shout out to Mark who came and answered all my questions while working quickly. Thank you!

Technician arrived on time. He was honest in his assessment of the A/C unit. A positive report is a good experience unlike the Trade techniques of scaring homeowners with spurious diagnosis for extra expenses.

Cen-Cal Air came to my rescue. I had a difficult time with unsaid other company and never got a response. Cen-Cal Air made an appointment as soon as they had one, with this heat wave and fixed my problem on the spot. I will definitely call them for service. Great technician Marcos he was friendly, informative and very helpful.

Our air conditioner completely went out during this excessive heat wave. They responded very quickly in sending a tech out to inform us we needed a replacement. They worked with us and even offered to bring out a portable air conditioner while we are waiting for installation. Daisy in the office went above and beyond to make this even possible for us by researching all our financial options. Thiro, the owner spent time going over all our options. Everyone was genuinely concerned about getting us cooling relief asap! Very friendly, compassionate, and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Cen Cal Air for ANY of your air and heating needs! I must add all this happening over a holiday (4th of July) week!!

From start to finish communication and customer service is the best. Daisy is very helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone ,the prices are very reasonable and couldn't be any happier. The technician that came out was very professional and explained the problems he found and what the next steps were and recommended.
